LODGE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

One of the main goals of the Order of the Arrow is to develop leaders. One way we do this is by hosting a Lodge Leadership Development Conference. At this event we have the participants go through a number of sessions designed to teach various leadership skills and tactics. These sessions are designed to be applicable to all forms of being a leader, and not specifically to being a leader within the OA. We hope to see you take this next step to become a leader in attending our Lodge Leadership Development Conference.
