One of the main goals of the Order of the Arrow is to develop leaders. One way we do this is by hosting a Lodge Leadership Development Conference. At this event, we have the participants undergo several sessions designed to teach various leadership skills and tactics. These sessions are designed to apply to all forms of being a leader and not specifically to being a leader within the OA. We hope to see you take this next step to become a leader in attending our Lodge Leadership Development Conference
